What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, especially post-cardiac procedures and open-heart surgery recoveries
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with invasive procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient records accurately and promptly
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
• Support patient and family education on recovery and post-discharge care

What You Need

• Current Michigan RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, cardiac ICU preferred
• Ability to work night shift consistently
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to meet strict attendance policies (noting recent policies may impact employment)
