Strategic Compensation Leader - Manufacturing & Operations

Private Company is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to lead North America compensation across hourly and salaried staff in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment. You will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to shape market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, and pay-for-performance initiatives.
