Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and requirements of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Engage clients through teletherapy, providing remote support and monitoring progress in a confidential setting.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening.

• A compassionate and empathetic disposition, coupled with a non-judgmental approach to client care.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
