Analyst Compliance II/III

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs by contributing to monitoring, policy development, and risk assessment activities. This position helps ensure regulatory adherence while supporting issue identification and resolution through analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Operates within the second line of defense and supports the consumer compliance program and/or fair banking and fair lending compliance programBachelor’s degree in related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree. Level II- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, or a related field. Level III- Minimum 4 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, problem solving, results driven, and risk analysis. Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in bank acumen, business acumen, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, laws and regulations, and regulatory compliance.
