Work Environment In this remote role, you will have the autonomy to create a caseload that fits your schedule, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Our supportive work environment encourages professional growth and collaboration among team members through virtual consultations and periodic in-person meetings when appropriate. As part of our telehealth program, all interactions with clients will occur online, ensuring flexibility and convenience while maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs, utilizing the latest DSM criteria under licensed supervision. Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, and family therapy, tailored to unique client needs. Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to document services, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure well-rounded treatment plans are developed and executed. Lead case management efforts, coordinating care and facilitating psychiatric admissions as needed for clients in crisis or requiring intensive services. Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss cases, quality assurance, and best practices in behavioral health service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals and families seeking support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. A focus on cultural competence and sensitivity is essential when addressing the unique needs of our clients in the El Paso area. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and recovery. Qualifications Must possess an active LMFT license recognized by the state of Texas or hold a Psy.D. qualification. A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required. A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services. Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records for effective client management. Preferred Experience Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions applicable to individual, family, and group therapy. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
