Vibrant Life Journey Counseling P.C. is seeking a dedicated and licensed professional to join our team as a Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals alongside clients, regularly tracking their progress to ensure goals are met.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often seek support in coping with life transitions, enhancing their relationships, or overcoming personal obstacles. You will play a critical role in their transformational journeys of recovery and self-discovery.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and the ability to support clients through their struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

• Experience providing teletherapy, with an emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Familiarity with therapeutic techniques addressing addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based practices.
• A background in collaborative treatment approaches within a multidisciplinary team.
