• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay updated on the latest findings and practices in the mental health field.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve favorable client outcomes.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• A background in clinical research or ongoing education in mental health methodologies will be an advantage.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
