Ultra Care Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team in a full-time telehealth role. In this position, you will provide meaningful mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and groups, employing evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. As a fully remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to work from your home or any location while ensuring you remain connected to a supportive team of professionals. You will conduct sessions through a secure telehealth platform, offering you the opportunity to connect with clients in a comfortable and safe environment. This approach enables you to reach clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person counseling.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate multiple counseling formats, including individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, self-care methods, and tools for managing stress, anxiety, and relational challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of clients' treatment plans and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily involve counseling adults facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma experiences, and relationship dynamics. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that each session is tailored to their cultural and personal context. Your expertise will directly impact their mental health journey and foster resilience in their daily lives.

• A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is required for this position.
• Current state licensure as a professional counselor is mandatory to practice.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.
• Ability to foster an empathetic and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to facilitate healing and growth.
• Capability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a remote team setting.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or virtual therapy settings will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and online documentation practices.
• Background in working with specialized populations, such as veterans or LGBTQ+ individuals, is a plus.
• Advanced training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or Trauma-Informed Care) will be beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on your qualifications, experience, and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from substantial client referrals, which can help grow your client base.
