This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, along with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques while developing personalized treatment plans that focus on their individual goals.
• Provide high-quality telehealth counseling services through online platforms, managing sessions with attention to confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring proper documentation of therapeutic progress and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to coordinate client care and ensure holistic support for mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions that enhance clinical skills, knowledge of telehealth practices, and current trends in mental health.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, presenting a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise is crucial in providing culturally competent care and tailoring interventions to meet varied needs, thereby promoting meaningful patient outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a professional counselor in Texas.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing counseling services, preferably in a setting that involves multi-faceted populations.
• Demonstrated capability with telehealth technologies and platforms; experience in a virtual care environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapeutic sessions.
• A passion for working with diverse populations and an appreciation for cultural differences.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR).
• Experience in crisis intervention and managing complex cases.
