• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that allow clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other, fostering a sense of community and support.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and tailored one-on-one therapy sessions, helping clients delve into their thoughts and emotions to develop effective coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track and evaluate therapeutic progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to maximize client outcomes.

Our primary focus is on young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique stories and strengths to their therapeutic journey. Your approach will not only address their immediate concerns but also equip them with skills for lasting recovery.

• Education: A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is essential for this role.
• Licensure: Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is a requirement for practice.
• Clinical Skills: Strong competencies in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are necessary for effective client engagement.
• Team Player: We seek candidates who are collaborative and share our vision of fostering positive change through effective teamwork.
• Expertise in Mental Health Treatment: Prior experience working with clients facing mental health mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings is preferred.

• Experience in telehealth counseling, adaptable to utilizing virtual platforms for client treatment sessions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document treatment plans and client progress effectively.
• Knowledge of local resources and community support networks in El Paso to facilitate client referrals and comprehensive care.
