• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs, ensuring a client-centered focus throughout the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop holistic care strategies for clients.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in professional development as part of a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements and research in mental health treatment.

Our client population ranges from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services, showcasing effective therapeutic practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to clinical mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Competence in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling will be seen as a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage collaboratively with other health professionals to enhance client care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client load.
