About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the banking industry to spearhead its finance organization during a period of significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise financial strategy, providing strategic direction across financial reporting, and modernizing finance systems. This role goes beyond traditional accounting leadership, requiring the CFO to partner closely with executive leadership and the Board, and to have a direct impact on the financial infrastructure of the organization. Key responsibilities for the CFO include maintaining executive oversight of SEC reporting, leading and developing the finance and financial reporting organization, and strengthening reporting processes and controls. The ideal candidate will have senior financial leadership experience within the banking industry, prior CFO experience or equivalent broad executive finance responsibility, and a proven track record in public-company financial reporting. Strategic finance capabilities, experience in finance transformation, and strong leadership skills are essential for this role. The CFO will also be expected to support strategic decision-making across banking and technology-enabled business initiatives and to evaluate the organizational structure to ensure the finance function is prepared for future growth.
