In this role, you will help clients navigate vacation-planning needs by identifying suitable options, coordinating requested services, and providing clear, dependable support throughout the process. This opportunity is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, researching solutions, staying organized, and handling multiple details at once. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided. What You'll Do Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, and special requests. Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources. Help clients evaluate available options and coordinate selected arrangements while keeping booking details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized. Respond to questions, provide updates, follow up on outstanding items, and help resolve routine planning or reservation-related concerns. Review information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
