Norfolk Truck Center- Hampton

Service Dept. Office Admin (Hampton, VA) Norfolk Truck Center is looking for a dependable, friendly Service Dept. Office Admin to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time position that reports to Service Management. We also offer medical & dental plans, 401k saving plans, and basic life insurance plans. In this role, you’ll be working alongside the Service Team to assist in organizing information and will also help support the daily operations of the location. This is a fixed schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. What You’ll Do: Work alongside Service Team to handle customer information, obtain payment/purchase orders from accounts, and assist with organization Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department File invoices and maintain both paper and digital records Work together with Office Manager in handling day‑to‑day tasks needed for accurate accounting processing Scan all invoices for service department into our dealer management system What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Organized and detail‑oriented Reliable and able to work well with a team Why Join Norfolk Truck Center?
