Bookkeeper

A Wiss Real Estate client in Morris County, NJ is looking to add a Part-Time Bookkeeper to its team. This is a permanent opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a small, professional environment and can independently manage day-to-day accounting functions. Position Overview This role will support ongoing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week , with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions Perform bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records Assist with financial reporting and support as needed Qualifications Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight Proficiency with QuickBooks (cloud-based) is required Real estate accounting experience is a plus, but not required Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Compensation $40-$45/hour, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Wiss
