Receptionist Location: Toms River, NJ Company: Wiggle Room Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Wiggle Room Play center in Toms River, NJ. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming mail and deliveries Handle sales Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling events/birthday parties Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and stocking reception area inventory Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite What We Offer $16-19/ hour depending on experience Hour of play center Sunday 10am-7pm Monday- Thurs 3-7pm Friday 11-4pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Wiggle Room
