We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with one or more welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding , and be comfortable working with metal materials and fabrication equipment. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to produce quality welds according to specifications.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Select the appropriate welding process, equipment, and materials for each job.
• Measure, fit, align, and position metal components prior to welding.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as needed.
• Maintain proper welding temperatures, settings, and techniques.
• Identify and correct welding defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Work independently as well as with a team to meet production and quality goals.

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding .
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements.
• Familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and metal fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

• Welding certification or technical training.
• Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
• Experience with structural, production, fabrication, or repair welding.
• Ability to perform multiple welding processes.

Schedule: Full-Time

Experience: Entry-level to experienced welders may be considered depending on client requirements.
