Build residential plumbing systems that work right for customers from day one. As a Residential Plumbing Install Lead at Sierra Air, you will lead high-quality installations, solve field problems, and help customers understand the best solution for their home. You will have a company vehicle, ongoing factory and in-house training, and a Monday-Friday schedule.

We are growing our plumbing team and are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in code-compliant work, clear communication, and following through. Our culture is built around trust, fairness, community, and innovation. Qualifying candidates are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus .

• Install and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, whole-home repipes, and redrains in line with applicable code requirements.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve installation problems, follow through on job issues, and communicate with Dispatch.
• Prepare cost estimates and collect payment when required.
• Explain options clearly so customers can choose the solution that fits their plumbing needs.
• Keep current on company promotions, pricing, and technical practices.
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain and expand your expertise.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience, including residential installation work.
• In-depth knowledge of code requirements for water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, whole-home repipes, and redrains.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Experience with ServiceTitan.
• The ability to manage your work, adapt to new responsibilities, and communicate professionally with customers, Dispatch, and teammates.
• Comfort discussing solutions and costs with customers.
• Proficiency with technology.

After 60 days, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, an employee assistance program, optional short-term disability and long-term disability, and the Employee Tool Program, which pays 50% of eligible tool costs up to $1,500 per year.

Work takes place indoors and outdoors in weather that may include temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement conditions. The work may involve heights, ladders, small spaces, and rooftops. You will regularly stand, squat, sit, walk, stoop, and use your hands to handle and feel objects; you must be able to see at close range and at a distance, ascend and descend ladders while balancing, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
