Overview of the Role Join our dynamic, physician-led team in Arlington, TX, as a Hospitalist - OB/GYN. This role is designed for experienced, board-certified OB/GYN Physicians eager to focus on high-quality patient care without the demands of on-call duties from home. You\'ll work only 6 days a month, enabling a perfect work-life balance. Engage in a stimulating environment where professional growth, advancement, and continuous education are prioritized. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional OB/GYN care as part of a dedicated team. Collaborate with a skilled second OB/GYN during shifts for superior patient outcomes. Foster a culture of safety and quality in patient care practices. Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvements. Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities. Requirements Board-certified OB/GYN with proven experience in patient care. Commitment to working a minimum of six 24-hour in-house shifts per month. Team-oriented mindset with a strong passion for patient-focused care. Ability to start promptly, with bonus commitments available for one to three years.
