Guest Service Rep

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Inn at Nye Beach. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Provide information about the Inn at Nye Beach, local attractions, and services. Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Qualifications Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management systems and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
