Oncology Account Executive. Job in Washington Move Collective Jobs

We are looking for a field-based professional Oncology Account Executive for Washington D.C. to support our oncology portfolio of liquid biopsy products. Responsibilities Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists. Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the assigned geography. Engage in effective prospecting and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, or a history of exceeding goals over multiple quarters/years). Experience selling to medical providers and medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices. Lives within the defined territory and is centrally located to designated accounts. Commitment to travel within the defined territory. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers. Effective time‑management skills and the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities. Highly motivated, results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of thinking strategically and executing tactically. Extra‑ordinary sense of urgency with a focus on closing business. Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, and apply consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem‑solving techniques. Desire to work independently in a startup environment and self‑driven to succeed. Additional Backgrounds Considered Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests. Benefits and Compensation Competitive total compensation ranging from $241,946 to $311,536 per year (at plan), including a base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year; uncapped commissions offer potential for significant upside.
