Director of Sales - Trainee Program

TRANSTEX is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, high-potential sales professional to join our Director of Sales – Trainee Program in the Central U.S.

This six-month paid training program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to our products, customers, markets, and sales strategies, preparing the successful candidate to take on greater responsibility within our sales organization.

What You'll Do

• Learn TRANSTEX products, customers, and markets
• Build relationships with fleets, distributors, and OEM truck and trailer dealerships
• Participate in customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Develop territory management, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
• Support business development and territory growth
• Travel frequently throughout the Central U.S., including overnight travel

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized, professional, and eager to learn
• Demonstrated track record of achievement
• Willing and able to travel weekly
• Must reside within the Central U.S. region

Experience in transportation, trucking, automotive, or B2B sales is an asset, but not required. xhyhwjd
