HR Operations Partner: Full-Cycle HR & Compliance

TERSUS Solutions in Denver seeks an HR Coordinator to partner with the HR Director and own core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on role offers autonomy beyond administrative tasks, enabling focus on compliance, investigations, and expansion work. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration, maintain HRIS data integrity, handle employee relations, and support office and warehouse staff with HR questions.
