Payroll/AP Administrator

WEFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Status: Full-time Amount of Travel Required: 0% Reports to: Director of Finance Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Payroll/AP Administrator is responsible for a variety of payroll and accounts payable related tasks as well as other tasks as assigned by management. Why Deep Well Services? Entry and management of legal garnishments. Complete employee status changes related to payroll/job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems. Prepare the benefits reconciliation and updates as appropriate. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases. Reconcile packing slips to received items and invoices. Entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system. Update/Add job bid items in the field ticketing system and update tax rates as appropriate Entry of new hire/safety training tickets in field ticketing system.
