This role requires strong foundational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to move with urgency and consistency. While experience is essential, we're especially interested in individuals who are motivated to continue developing their craft and growing within a professional kitchen. We offer an hourly rate plus shared kitchen tips, resulting in a highly competitive wage. Full-time employees also receive paid health care and additional benefits.Found Oyster is nestled in the heart of East Hollywood. Inspired by the blue-collar oyster bars in New England, Found Oyster intersects classic east coast seafood shacks with west coast flavors. The jewel box space offers seafood-focused fare, including crudos, lobster rolls, and a full raw bar with oysters from general manager Joe Laraja's family oyster farm in Orleans, Massachusetts. Champagne and Coors, oysters and chowder.
