Role Overview This Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of netting installation projects from planning through final inspection; coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project execution; managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation; serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction; resolving on‑site issues, managing vendors; and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage all phases of projects from initial planning to final inspection. Coordinate site evaluations, measurements, and product specifications with internal teams and subcontractors. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate installation crews, delivery timelines, subcontractors, and equipment rental. Track project budgets and material costs. Generate and manage change orders as needed. Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot issues. Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines. Review project installations for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all projects meet local codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements. Coordinate with municipalities, school districts, or facility management on permitting. Collaborate with design, fabrication, logistics, and field installation teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, permits, progress photos, and site notes. Provide weekly status reports to leadership and clients. Proactively address project challenges such as site delays, material shortages, or weather disruptions. Make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track. Qualifications Project coordination and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan timelines, and keep crews, materials, and milestones on track. Construction and site knowledge, including familiarity with construction practices, site plans, and safety regulations.
