Branch Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Location: York, PA
Kelly Services is hiring a Branch Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of a healthcare branch office. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and partners while supporting administrative, scheduling, documentation, billing, and equipment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as first point of contact for patients via phone and in person
Support the sales team by completing patient documentation and intake processes
Review system screens (including ACIS), assist customers, and confirm delivery appointments
Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and accurate data entry
Assist with patient scheduling and outbound customer satisfaction calls
Support PAP classes, overnight oximetry programs, and related documentation
Conduct downloads and basic functional testing of respiratory equipment (training provided)
Prepare and stage patient equipment; assist with warehouse coordination
Explain insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and collect payments as needed
Reconcile daily receivables and submit documentation to lockbox
Scan, file, fax, and maintain records for audits and compliance
Order office and inventory supplies as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of office or administrative experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a healthcare or regulated environment
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing roles
Familiarity with scheduling, billing, or medical documentation
Steady weekday schedule with evenings and weekends free
