This opportunity is ideal for accounting and finance professionals seeking exposure to a wide variety of high-impact projects across multiple industries. Responsibilities- Support clients on critical accounting, finance, and business transformation initiatives.
- Assist with financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement, and operational finance projects.
- Participate in initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, regulatory compliance, and other special projects.
- Analyze financial information, identify business issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to new environments, industries, and business challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and other firm growth initiatives as opportunities arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of public accounting and/or audit experience. Would consider the right corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
- CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Experience working with large organizations or complex business environments is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated career progression, professional maturity, and a desire to take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced client environments.
Compensation:
A very competitive compensation package will be available for this position including base salary, monthly and annual bonuses (typically 25-30% + annually), medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, wellness programs, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, employee growth, educational trainings and certifications, etc.
Working Situation:
This is Hybrid situation with 4 days in the office - Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs in office.
