Qualifications:

This opening is for Maintenance Technician's - 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:00am

\n

· Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.

\n

· Requires strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

\n

· Demonstrates full proficiency in a broad range of maintenance and technical procedures through specialized training and significant hands-on experience.

\n

· Applies established technical methodologies while adapting approaches to new and complex assignments.

\n

· Independently handles a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities with minimal supervision.

\n

· Serves as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.

\n

· Strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

\n

· Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

\n

· Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.

\n

· Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).

\n

· Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.

\n

· Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

\n

· Has full proficiency in a range of technical procedures through job-related training and considerable work experience.

\n

· Performs a variety of assignments.

\n

· Works within defined technical methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach to new assignments.

\n

· Works with a limited degree of supervision with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.

\n

· Acts as an information resource for colleagues with less experience.

\n

· Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.

\n

· Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.

\n

· Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase availability, capability, throughput, and yield.

\n

· Conduct failure analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

\n

· Maintain, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

\n

· Develop and update technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation related to equipment modifications and repairs.

\n

· Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

\n

· Works with limited supervision, requiring oversight primarily for highly complex or unfamiliar assignments.
