Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities Support planning and activation of global campaigns across Upper Luxury brands. Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls for accurate measurement and analysis. Manage day‑to‑day relationship with internal teams and agencies. Maintain processes, timelines, and decision frameworks for efficient global execution. Support manager with ad‑hoc marketing projects as necessary. Support manager with development of plans and campaign‑wrap‑up reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing. 2‑5+ years of progressive work‑related experience in marketing, advertising, and/or hotel industry experience related to sales and/or brand marketing. Demonstrated passion and experience for luxury brands. Demonstrated working knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and growing capability with AI‑enabled marketing tools. Demonstrated experience in promotional, channel, or frequency marketing preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and basic accounting principles. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Effective communications and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial. Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
