Role Summary The Retail Operations Coordinator supports the retail sales team with the administrative, logistical, and operational workflows that keep the POS hardware sales process running smoothly — from order processing and inventory tracking to vendor onboarding documentation and account setup coordination. Responsibilities Process POS hardware orders and coordinate fulfillment with the supply chain and operations teams Maintain accurate inventory records and alert the sales team to stock availability issues Support the vendor onboarding process by collecting and verifying required documentation Coordinate hardware delivery scheduling with vendors and shipping partners Maintain accurate account and order records in the CRM Produce weekly sales activity and fulfillment status reports for the retail sales leadership team Assist with trade show and event logistics for the retail sales team Support the development and maintenance of retail sales playbooks and onboarding materials Qualifications 1+ years of sales operations, retail operations, or administrative coordination experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in a retail, hardware, or auto parts business context is a plus High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Comfort with basic data reporting and Excel or Google Sheets Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
