In-Person 4 days a week, 1 day remote work

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Under supervision of the Manager of Practice Operations; Coordinates operations for hospital based neurology, neurocritical care, and teleneurology practices serving 19 hospitals throughout the state of Georgia. Collaborates senior leadership, physicians, and APPs to coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, and billing. Participate in process improvement projects related to operations, revenue cycle and quality.


Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required.
In lieu of degree, three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience required.
(If no degree, a total of six (6) years of experience required).

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
This job requires proficiency with the following applications:
EPIC, Microsoft applications, Kronos, QGenda, Tableau (web version)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
