Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end subcontract execution across commercial, DOD and international programs.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activity throughout the contract lifecycle.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep expertise in subcontract management, capable of driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
