Claims Specialist

Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting customers back on the road. Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. Qualifications Customer-facing claims experience preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred. Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Incentives Starting Salary: $20.84 per hour ($41,992.60 annually). Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
