Shift Lead

We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders who enjoy working with a team, staying organized, and helping create a great experience for both customers and coworkers.

As a Shift Lead at Crumbl, you’ll help guide the flow of each shift by supporting the team, maintaining product quality, and helping daily operations run smoothly. This role is hands-on and works alongside the crew throughout the shift, from baking and customer service to coaching team members and handling challenges as they come up.

Some shifts can get busy, especially during weekends and rushes, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead by example.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting bakers and crew members throughout the shift
• Mixing, baking, frosting, and decorating cookies alongside the team
• Assisting with specialty drinks and new menu items
• Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained
• Helping customers and resolving concerns professionally
• Keeping shifts organized, productive, and positive
• Assisting with training and coaching team members
• Supporting scheduling, inventory, and daily store operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable leading in a hands-on environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Weekend availability required
• Food service or retail experience preferred

They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their perfect cookie quest' to the people.
