Senior CardioVascular Surgery Sales Rep - Western OH ( Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Cardiovascular Surgery Sales Representative to promote its cardiac surgery portfolio across western Ohio territories including Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton. The role involves building relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and hospital teams to drive adoption of surgical technologies and achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, unit, and market share targets
• Develop relationships with cardiac surgeons, clinical staff, and decision-makers to expand therapy utilization
• Identify and close new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts
• Deliver product education, procedural support, and clinical expertise to ensure safe product use
• Maintain sales forecasts, account plans, territory assets, and administrative reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare (or 6+ years with associate degree, or 4+ years with bachelor degree)
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
• Valid driver's license with insurance and company-approved driving record
• Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory
• Willingness to work evening and weekend on-call support as needed
• Residence within assigned western Ohio territory
