Experience: 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 6 months. Requirements: Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.
