This position will be based in our Philadelphia office but will work closely with the finance and accounting team members in all 160over90 locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills and be able to work independently and proactively as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds and succeed in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Perform month-end close duties and reporting including recording of accurate journal entriesConduct monthly balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations to ensure ledger maintenanceAnalyze financial reports and records for discrepanciesAssist with management of cash flow forecasting including daily oversight of bank activity and preparation of bank reconciliationsCoordinate inter- and intracompany reconciliations and reportingEnsure compliance with financial policies and proceduresAssist with various ad-hoc reporting and projects as neededQualificationsKnowledge and Experience:BS Degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years general accounting experienceProficient in ExcelStrong knowledge of accounting principlesSkills and Abilities:Highly detail-oriented and organizedAbility to successfully handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience utilizing SAP accounting software a plusAdditional information: Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
