No industry experience is required to start building your career. Responsibilities Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360‑degree inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify and solve pest problems. Act as a problem solver by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer’s needs. Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with support from a robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers to explain Orkin’s products and services. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, providing clear explanations and setting expectations. Create and maintain sales agreements using the company‑provided iPad. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license or certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact positively with customers. Work Environment Position located in Newnan, Georgia. Safe use of ladders within manufacturer weight capacity. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access to crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
