Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels including cold calling potential candidates.Must possess: Well-developed critical thinking and analytical abilities, time management, organizational, conflict resolution and judgement skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence leadersValid AZ Driver License.
