Who You Are: Hospitality Enthusiast: You take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through flawless housekeeping operations Proactive Leader: You anticipate needs, solve challenges before they arise, and inspire your team to deliver excellence every day Detail-Oriented Visionary: You notice what others miss and set the bar high for quality and consistency Collaborative Communicator: You thrive in a team environment and build strong relationships across departments Operational Expert: You balance efficiency with care, ensuring smooth processes without compromising guest satisfaction Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply What You'll Do: Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews' exacting standards Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement Regular attendance in conformance with standards May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings Perform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria Ability to stand for long periods of time required Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs Who You'll Supervise: Housekeeping Team Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $70,304.00 to $75,000.00.
