Compensation: $15.00-$22.20 per hour - paid weekly

• Assemble eyeglass lenses and frames according to specifications
• Unscrew and remove lenses from frames during the inspection and assembly process
• Reinstall lenses into frames accurately and efficiently
• Perform visual inspections to identify scratches, defects, and other quality concerns
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent results
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle lenses and eyewear components carefully to prevent damage and report quality issues as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Lab Technician II Role:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures accurately
• Ability to work independently after training
• Comfortable working with small components in a production environment
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
