Salary: Up to $75,000 DOE

We’re looking for an  Operations Coordinator who takes ownership, catches the details, communicates quickly and clearly, and keeps things moving.

At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high-precision machined parts for customers across the country, including equipment manufacturers and customers in the food, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and defense industries. What You'll Do

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll provide critical thinking, accuracy and attention to details.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing complete administrative support for the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations 
• Coordinating projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables 
• Negotiating pricing and delivery schedules with vendors to secure expected results
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines 
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales initiatives 

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $75,000 DOE
• 401(k) with 100% employer match up to $5,200/year
• 80 hours PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours

What You Bring

The right Operations Coordinator will be proactive , structured , and trainable .

The skills and experience needed:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
• Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience relating to project management 
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities 
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively 
• Experience in sales support, project coordination, or procurement (manufacturing experience is a plus) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus 
• Degree in Business Office Management, or similar, is a plus!
