What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team members
- Pick, check, pack, load, and unload customer orders accurately and safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including high reach vehicles
- Train and advise team members on proper handling and care of materials
- Monitor safety, security, and compliance with procedures
- Complete required paperwork and use warehouse management system
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in high-traffic warehouse environment
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs and stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods
