Continuous Improvement SpecialistResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies and initiatives for process improvements across the companyImplement and manage CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma MethodologiesDevelop pipeline of future improvement projectsMentor and coach team members through the improvement processWork across the organization to ensure KPIs and performance metrics are captured correctly and appropriately reportedLeverage best practices from across the organization to help drive value and consistencyAct as a change agent in the organization, challenge the status quoRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial engineering / operational excellence or relevant experienceFive (5+) or more years of relevant experience preferred in the application of Lean toolsExperience in facilitating Kaizen events requiredExperienced in effectively leading improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean and/or Six SigmaDemonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis / implementation of corrective and preventative actions.Experience in facilitating Kaizen eventsAbility to effectively communicate results and partner across the organization to establish relationships to drive initiatives and generate value.We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist in San Antonio, TX.
