This position offers a consistent overnight schedule , full-time hours , and consecutive days off every week —giving you the stability and work-life balance you're looking for.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active or expired Washington State Security Guard License required for hire
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property
- Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence
- Enforce site policies and quiet hours
- Complete scheduled patrols and electronic tour checkpoints
- Inspect doors, gates, fences, lighting, and common areas for security concerns
- Observe and report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, safety hazards, and maintenance issues
- Respond appropriately to incidents and contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, clients, coworkers, and law enforcement
- Help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and guests
