What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance solutions tailored to client needs.
Utilize HubSpot and Notion to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
Drive the adoption of best practices in financial management across the organization.
Support the integration of new financial tools and technologies to optimize workflows.

Ideal Candidate Background

5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot and Notion, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.

Preferred

Experience in the fintech industry, particularly with finance platforms or software development.
Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Previous experience in a forward-deployed or client-facing finance role.

Compensation and Benefits
