Descripción del puesto Como Social Media Manager, te encargarás de desarrollar, ejecutar y optimizar el contenido de marcas de diferentes industrias. En tu día a día coordinarás calendarios de contenido, redactarás copys, gestionarás publicaciones en múltiples plataformas y monitorearás métricas clave para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas. Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de contenido, producción y estrategia para alinear los mensajes con los objetivos de negocio. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en San Juan. Aptitudes en Social Media Marketing y Social Media Optimization (SMO) para planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en distintas plataformas. Aptitudes en estrategia y redacción para desarrollar calendarios de contenidos, adaptar mensajes a diferentes públicos y mantener una línea editorial coherente. Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente y trabajar en equipo Experiencia previa gestionando cuentas de redes sociales de marcas Conocimiento actualizado de tendencias digitales, formatos de contenido, mejores prácticas en redes y dominio de métricas clave (engagement, alcance, conversión). Capacidad para organizar el tiempo, atención al detalle y nivel alto de español; se valorará mucho un buen nivel de inglés. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adworks Corp.
