Locums Emergency Medicine Physician in Norwich, Connecticut - Nocturnist Schedule, APP Coverage

Take on dedicated emergency medicine nocturnist coverage with a defined weekly rotation, moderate overnight volume, and around-the-clock advanced practice coverage.

Practice & Cases

• Emergency department setting with a 54,000 annual census
• Standard emergency department procedures required
• Physician dual coverage during part of the overnight period
• Single physician coverage during the early morning hours

Schedule

• Overnight shifts
• Average of 32 hours per week
• Typically 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• ABEM board certification required
• Connecticut license required or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• BLS and DEA required
