ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026 and has quickly grown into a team of six. My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 2012–2016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 2016–2026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams.

I’m a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. We’re very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
